Cecile Yumul is a leader , a teacher, and an advocate of community development through environmental and fortification.

     Cecile graduated Cum Laude with the course Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from Holy Angel University. She is also a recipient of the Most Outstanding Kapampangan Award for Education.

     Because of her passion on the preservation of the environment, she was awarded the Dangal ng Maharlika Award for Environment in 2008. Her many other environmental advocacies included the retention of trees along the MacArthur Road, the Alang Plastikan Campaign, and reforestation of Mt. Arayat, among others.

      Cecile currently hosts the environmental teleradyo program "Bukas Bayan" on CLTV36.
